Since this place has been under new management it has been a breath of fresh air. My move in process was smooth and pleasant! My unit was beautiful upon moving in and any issues i have had management has addressed promptly! The office door is now always open for business during business hours and the phone does not go unanswered. The new office is stunning! The grounds are looking great as there is no longer trash allover and random furniture laying about. I firmly believe this is all due to the new property manager Dusty....he has been very nice and easy to deal with, hes patient in addressing any concerns you may have. I am recently divorced and have not had my own place in 17yrs so this is definitely an adjustment for my kids and I. Dusty has helped make my transition as easy as possible. I am appreciative to be here and be able to provide a roof for my kids! If anyone is thinking of applying definitely dont hesitate!!

Update: Branch has been taken care of and parking is a bit better. I’m hoping the new management company will help to make things easier for residents. I have recently talked with the maintenance person and he was very helpful and friendly. Horrible maintenance, parking is awful, trash everywhere. Multiple dangerous issues. Just for example a large branch fell into the playground area over a month ago. Nothing has been done about it.

The swift action took in correcting communication between residence and landlord/management is appreciated, Change is always hard in the beginning. Somethings even messy but beautiful in the end. We received new letters today of up coming events/projects I can adjust accordingly to the changes

Update: recertification’s are getting done properly. I did to want mention the lady leaving the long list of things had a questionable move ins ( not legit) ... so of course there units is not ready because a signed lease and turn over was not organized correctly. It’s sad to see residence, That’s been here for a long time. Get harassed/struggle about payments, increased rent and sometimes communication with the company/managers when this lady an her guests freely damaging property and stays up all hours of the night guest staying passed the 14days limit and taking car parking for actual residence who work. Subsidize means ; meeting income requirements based on your immediate family needs! If you’re supporting yourself and buddies why take a spot someone would appreciate to have. No judgment, but there have been people who worked really hard to get where they are, including shelter time, Homelessness, domestic violence and waiting list I myself waited 7 year before I got called. Been here 10 Still waiting on my credit so I can get approved for a house. Building is very hard and I appreciate this place for allowing me the space to build as a single mom at the time my family dynamic changed, but this place helped for the better. this is overall A great community. Just do your research.. Update: sometimes it just takes one person to care. Love yourself and things around you will grow. Today everything was resolved I appreciate Diligence. Transparency and honesty. Morals and integrity. Community Is only as strong as its environment, and those who pay attention.

I know my rating changes often but I do want to keep the most current information. I love my community they giving me the opportunity to be the best parent I could be when nobody else would, and I wanna ensure the legacy continues for other parents like myself in similar situations, regardless of owner or management. Current owners are working diligently to keep up with the current economy. I know it’s a difficult time for everyone. Thus wanting me to give back more to my community, whether giving a voice or showing up for the youth or just picking up trash. There’s some things that were in place before that’s not in place now which is OK I’m willing to pick up where we might be falling short. goals, wellness community, feeding the movement of change in a helping healthy way sorry for the long review I want to be as accurate and as helpful as possible

Having a voice and being heard, is the most valuable thing in the world, and after voicing my concerns, the managers acted swiftly. Much appreciated, I lived here the past 8 years overall amazing place to live family oriented next to the Foothills. I’m all about community and quality living. Also being told one thing and the actions don’t follow made me feel like I’m incapable of using email when a simple check out our web pages would have be understandable. Thanks Elijah.

Today is Christmas Eve yesterday I parked under the shed across from where I live, and the tenants that live in that spot decided to put a used Kleenex in my windshield. Very new to the property this particular set of neighbors and if this is the type of people we have to start to fill our community their morals are not intact and respect for community if not there.

New update: 12/12 well, increase rent when I completed my paperwork prior why wasn’t it mentioned then? I don’t mind but with rent increase I would like Proper snow removal, proper Lawn care, Trash pick up, air duck cleaned caulking in bathrooms and sinks for proper sealant to avoid mold. Basic up keep. Not because I’m picky, but I would like these units to last a long time even after I’m not here. Catching these things early can avoid complete unit redo and can be cost effective. I'm in the process of getting a townhouse here and while I haven't gotten it just yet the management here are lovely they are helpful and caring. The community has a wonderful energy and just seems like an all around great place.
